We recently held an incredible townhall meeting that brought our team of around 50 people together under one roof. We had a fantastic time connecting, celebrating, and inspiring each other as we bonded over snacks and sweets.   Our CEO, Dennis Lun, kicked off the event by sharing the recent milestones we have achieved and the exciting initiatives in the coming months. In Hong Kong, the non-guaranteed returns achieved by participating life insurance products historically lacked transparency. Since 2017, the regulator Insurance Authority has required insurance companies to disclose their fulfillment ratios of non-guaranteed dividends and bonuses. However, the overwhelming data and complex disclosure can still be difficult for consumers to understand.   Recently 10Life has introduced the Insurer Fulfillment Score, aiming to enhance the transparency of the fulfillment ratios published by the insurance companies.    Since the launch of our Insurer Fulfillment Score, we are grateful for the extensive media coverage which has sparked industry-wide discussions and engaged many consumers. #Throwback to the HK01 Economic Summit Big thanks to HK01 for welcoming us as a supporting organization at the 5th HK01 Economic Summit. It was a privilege to gather insights from esteemed leaders like Chan Kwok-ki, Chief Secretary for Administration of HKSAR, and Lu Xinning, Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government. Based on the theme "百年大變局中的香港經濟" (Hong Kong Economy amid a Century of Great Changes), the discussions revolved around delving deep into the unique advantages of Hong Kong in light of China's new economic landscape, particularly how Hong Kong can overcome challenges and transform its economy to flourish.
