About Gaz Jones Photography

Established January 1990

Gaz Jones is a Hong Kong art director and photographer. Gaz specializes in food, commercial, portrait & event photography. Born in the UK, Gaz has lived in Hong Kong since 1990. Food photography is my job and passion. I like to compose beautiful plates. I believe that food must look appetizing and make us want to taste it. Each plate has a different degree of difficulty. It has its own originality: shape, color and context.
