Inspired by the spirit of the French brasseries of old, La Vache! offers a simple menu where diners enjoy a series of just ‘one choice’ dishes. An organic green salad, garnished with walnuts prepares the palate ahead of a USDA Prime ribeye, grilled to preference and perfection, served with special house sauce and unlimited amounts of golden frites. Rounding off the indulgence, guests are invited to choose from the notorious dessert cart – a sweet experience piled high with iconic boulangerie classics.
